Ransarve is a Nigerian VTU (Value Top-Up) platform that provides airtime, data, cable TV subscription, electricity bill payment, and wallet-to-wallet transfer services. 4. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored securely , a cloud database provider with enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL). Payment proof screenshots are stored in a private, access-controlled storage bucket — they are only viewable by you and the Ransarve admin. We do not store your bank card details or full bank account numbers.
5. Wallet & Financial Data
Your wallet balance is a virtual credit balance held within the Ransarve platform. It is not a bank account and is not covered by NDIC insurance. Ransarve is responsible for maintaining accurate records of your wallet balance. All wallet funding, spending, and transfer records are logged and available to you in your transaction history. wallet funding fees (e.g. ₦50 manual transfer processing fee, 2.5% transfer fee) are deducted as disclosed at the point of transaction.
6. Referral Programme
When you participate in our referral programme, your referral code may be shared with others. If someone signs up using your code, we record that relationship in our system to track and pay your referral bonus. Referral earnings are credited to your wallet based on qualifying transactions as defined in our referral terms. We do not share your personal contact details with referred users.
7. Your Rights

8. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are retained for a minimum of 5 years in compliance with Nigerian financial record-keeping requirements. If you delete your account, personal identifying information will be anonymised but transaction records may be retained for compliance purposes.
9. Cookies & Tracking
Ransarve uses browser session storage to keep you logged in between page visits. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. We do not run ads on our platform.
10. Children's Privacy
Ransarve is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately.
